    How to order a product
    1. 1. If you've find favorite items, please put in the basket (Direct order to go beyond the screen, the "Order" and click)
    2. 2. Product purchase will proceed. Product name and quantity, size, check the fare.
    3. 3. Please put your order name and address.
    4. 4. Please select payment method.
    5. 5. For orders, please check the amount you're willing to pay.
    6. 6. Payment by Credit Card If you have selected, enter your billing information to payment window after please complete the payment.
    7. ※ product color, texture, etc. due to the nature of the computer display, the actual colors may look different.

    General Shipping Policy
    1. 1. Some shipping couriers may not be available for certain areas. 
    2. 2. The delivery time provided is an average estimate excluding preparation time and customs clearance.
    3. 3. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipment and customs clearance situation.
    4. 4. The best matching shipping courier is selected in real time to provide the most secure and fastest delivery service. Please note that for this reason, we cannot provide the name of courier prior to shipment.
    5. 5. All shipping couriers provide real-time tracking updates.
    6. 6. All shipping couriers ship via air.

    - Shipping Fee
    • Shipping is free for countries over $90 - Hong Kong, Singapore (The basic shipping charge is $15 )
    • Shipping is free for countries over $100 - China, Japan (The basic shipping charge is $15)  
    • Shipping is free for countries over $200 - USA, Vietnam (The basic shipping charge is $15)  
    • Other countries will be charged for delivery by weight.
    • International shipping fee will vary depending on the shipping company rate basis. (including box weight)
    - Delivery Date (excluding customs clearance)
    • Normally, it takes about 5~12 business days from your order Product Availability countries, commodity shipping, inventory clearance, etc., depenging on situation, some delays are inevitable and can delay your order by up to 20 business days. 
    • Starts when the goods shipped, the purchaser, e-mail or My Page> Order Details page can check the shipping information.
    - Attention (Below can be arrived a little late on the day. With that in mind, we are seeking your understanding)

    • Our temporary holiday, New Year, summer holidays.
    • Shipping congestion, inclement weather conditions and etc.
    • Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays for the ordered goods will be shipped the next business day.

    - Shipment status will be sent after payment confirmation is complete.
    • We are carefully checking quality and inspection the products. however, we are responsible for exchange which defective product.
    • Please let me know when you return the item.

    • USE 'Q&A board'
    - For Cancellation
    • You may cancel the order through 'Q&A board' application before shipment.
    • If you purchase with non-deposit account, you can cancel order in my homepage by yourself before payment.
    • If you'd like to cancel order for your own will after shipment, buyer has to bear the shipping fee back and forth.
    For Return and Exchange (After receipt)
    • If you need to exchange/return goods,please contact us via email or board for application within 7 business days after arrived the product.
    • (Make sure to include the order number and pictures of the defective item or wrong delivery.)
    • Any return made without the agreement of our customer service team will be discarded and are not refundable.

    • Under the condition of inappropriate size,you can exchange when stock is available.
    • Exchange/refund caused by a change of buyer's will,we may charge you handling fee and buyer is responsible for shipping fee back and forth.
    • As soon as your application is confirmed,we will inform you corresponding cost.
    • Seller is responsible for shipping fee if product is not described as advertisement,defective goods,shipped incorrectly item.

    ※ In addition, exchange/return is carried out as per terms&policy.

    • 1) Returns due to defective item(s) or wrong delivery.
    • You can return or exchange the items.
    • Please contact ‘SUDALSALON’ Customer Service via email or board within 7 days of delivery.
    • (Make sure to include the order number and pictures of the defective item or wrong delivery.)

    • 2) Returns due to Change of mind
    • You can return or exchange the items.
    • We accept returns due to simple change of mind (including size and color).
    • Please contact ‘SUDALSALON’ Customer Service board within 7 days of delivery and ship your package within 3 days of return request.  
    • (Make sure to include your order number and reason for return.)
    • All return due to Change of mind must be sent prepay

    • Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs

      3) Case of impossible return

    • Non-defective, shipped correctly item
    • Doesn’t have any reason for return
    • if the tags/labels of the items are damaged or if there are traces of use (applicable to defective items as well).  
    • All the items must be unworn and in same condition it was received
    • Any scratch and damage by customer
    • Products must be returned in the original box or packing
    • If you have not follow the return schedule
    • Not processed if you ship your item without prior notice.
    • Understand that accessories including swimwear, underwear, jewelry and eyewear cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons

    For Product Returns due to Reasons Caused by the Customer
    1. Any product returns due to reasons caused by the customer which includes but not limited to: incorrect shipping address, unidentifiable recipient, unpaid taxes and duties and etc.
    2. - The returned product will not be re-shipped.
    3. - The customer is responsible for all/any relevant expenses during The return process such as round-trip shipping, customs and etc. This will be done by either deduction from refunds or extra charges.

    Customs and Duties
    1. Destination countries may levy taxes on your purchased goods, which the receiver will be responsible for. 
    2. SUDALSALON is not responsible for unpaid customs taxes, and will not provide refunds for orders sent back due to customs issues. 
    3. Please check your country’s customs policies before placing your order.
